Terms and Conditions

This prize draw is open to persons aged 18 years or over who are resident in the United Kingdom. It is not open to employees of Firework Heaven, their families or anyone connected to the prize draw. There are no purchase requirements applicable for entry eligibility into the draw. A purchase does not increase an entrant's chance of winning. Please follow the instructions on the screen and enter the information required for your chance to win. By entering this prize draw, you consent to Firework Heaven processing your personal information in accordance with the terms of its Privacy Policy. A person may enter the prize draw only once per draw. Entries received before or after this date and time will not be entered into the prize draw. Entries which appear to the promoter (in its sole discretion) not to have been submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions or are delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified from entry to the prize draw.

The prize will be drawn in accordance with the following additional terms and conditions:

• 1 Winner will be selected at random under the supervision of any independent observer, with the draw taking place on dates to be decided by Firework Heaven.
• Winners will be selected from all entries received before the relevant draw date. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes entries received on a cumulative basis.
• A prize draw winner is only eligible to enter into the prize draws once.
• There is no cash alternative and prizes are non-transferable.
• All prize winners will be notified by within 2 weeks of the prize draw by email.
• It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure that the contact details provided are accurate and will remain accurate for the duration of the prize draw promotion.
• The promoter will send the prize to the winner's office address within 14 days of receipt of the winner's address details by email.
• If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, after 14 days the promoter reserves the right to conduct another prize draw to determine a new winner without any liability to the original winner for doing so.
• Firework Heaven will not be liable for any circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevents the prize from being delivered to the winner.
• The winners agree to take part in any post-promotion publicity in connection with the prize draw.
• The promoter's announcement of the winning entrants is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The name and business of any winners will be made available on written request for up to 30 days after the prize draw winner is drawn.
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without liability to any entrants for doing so.

By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This prize draw is subject to the laws of England and Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
